I buy a bottle every month. I drank bourbon and whiskey for years of my life. I recently got my relationship right with God where I needed it to be and quit alcohol completely back in December of last year. I drink kavahol to calm my nerves. I don’t drink it to extremes but one or two shots; it’s reduced my blood pressure and calmed my nerves to the point of where I don’t even think about alcohol anymore. If you like ginger and turmeric, you’ll love the taste. It’s really good in ginger ale as well. Kava elevates my mood, my well being, and my contentment, and produces a feeling of relaxation within my body. 10/10 would recommend.
