love the fresh ginger in there, mixes so well with coconut water. I questioned the yellow coloring but after research i discovered its all plant based from vegtables, my guess is turmeric, so its super natural and meets all my standards. plus really does add the relaxation effect.

An excellent product but I find the Kavahol to be too sweet for my tastes.
